Paul - great video tip about "discovering your customer." In my new book, Are You Prepared for the Recovery?" I have a "Four Steps to Success" diagram that highlights the importance of "customer/consumer" research in Step One. Once you have that solid information, you then proceed to developing more focused marketing messages in Phase Two, etc. Thanks for a meaningful message that hopefully everyone will pay attention to in the coming year!
